Use files you are allowed to process

Only convert or transcribe files you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for respecting copyright, recording consent, privacy, and other applicable laws. The service does not bypass digital rights management or download files from third-party video links.

Keep your originals and review results

Keep a backup of important recordings. Conversion may change audio quality or file size, and unsupported or damaged files may fail. Speech recognition can make mistakes, omit words, or produce inaccurate text and approximate subtitle timing. Review words and cues against the original before relying on them, particularly names, figures, or consequential information.

Availability and limits

The tools are provided free of charge in their current form. File size, duration, browser, and device limits apply. We may change these limits or the service, and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file, or any particular processing speed.

Your content remains yours

We do not claim ownership of your files or transcripts. Processing occurs locally as described in our privacy policy. Third-party resource downloads and software may also be governed by their respective terms and licenses.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for loss caused by unavailable service, unsupported files, inaccurate results, or your use of those results. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
